Ashley Gitchell

Ashley was born in Charlottesville, Virginia and grew up attending Christ Episcopal Church. She attended Sewanee for her undergraduate degree where she majored in Art History and Religious Studies. After graduation, she served as an intern for Christ Episcopal Church’s Fellows Program. She is now a student at Duke Divinity School with the hopes of being ordained as a priest in the Episcopal church. She is engaged to her wonderful fiancée, Andres Carro. In her free time she loves to cook, go for walks, explore new restaurants, or watch terrible romantic comedies.
