ARE YOU NEW?

We welcome you!

Our newcomer program is designed to welcome families and individuals to our parish and to encourage active involvement in the life of the church. Through a series of classes, we talk about parish life and The Episcopal Church, introducing those new to us to our parish's history, our liturgy and hymnal and the many ministries open to everyone who would like to become part of Going Forth with God.

For those seeking membership in our parish, we offer the class, Intro to St. Michael’s, where you will learn about our parish culture, explore the many ministries of St. Michael’s and discover where you will feel most welcome. This course is required for all seeking membership.

For those new to the Episcopal Church, we offer the short course, The Faith. It is taught by the rector and examines the Christian Faith through the history and practice of the Church of England and the Episcopal Church. This course is for those seeking to be confirmed or received in the Episcopal Church.

Please make yourself known to Robin Kennedy, Director of Newcomer Ministry, to register in our parish. We warmly welcome you to our church family and give thanks to God that you have come.

Please, take a minute to fill out the online newcomer form below. If you have any questions about St. Michael’s, we invite you to contact Robin Kennedy, Director of Newcomer Ministry.
