At St. Michael's, we bring newcomers into our faith community through a series of classes held each fall and winter. For those who are not Episcopalian and who are seeking membership, we require attendance in a series of three clergy-taught classes called The Faith.
The Faith classes will taught on Wednesdays in January from 6:15 p.m.-7:30 p.m. If you would like to be part of our next Faith class, contact Lee Hayden, director of Newcomer Ministry and Parish Operations.
Parents wishing to have a new baby or child baptized are also required to attend The Faith classes. We offer Holy Baptism throughout the year during our 9:30 a.m. Holy Eucharist. If you would like for your child to be baptized, register here.
Please fill out forms, and your information will be automatically sent to parish secretary, Jean Olson, to ensure an accurate record. Jean will then contact your family to arrange a date.
Child care is available with advance reservations. Register for classes and child care by contacting Lee Hayden.
Baptismal dates are as follows:
- Sunday, December 18, 9:30 a.m.
- Sunday, January 22, 2017, 9:30 a.m.
- Sunday, February 26, 2017, 9:30 a.m.
- Sunday, April 23, 2017, 9:30 a.m.

The Faith classes will be taught by the Rev. Samuel Gregory Jones and the Rev. Robert Fruehwirth and are based on "The Outline of the Faith" as defined by the Book of Common Prayer.
