September Outreach: Neighbor To Neighbor

**Incentive items for students earning 100 points per 1 hour of mentoring and 60 points for homework:  (Students can spend their points immediately at the end of their session or they can bank them and save to purchase the more expensive items.  In this we hope to teach deferred gratification!)
